We also cover the use of stencils, paint markers, pastels, and pencils, as well as the creation of encaustic-like effects. This event focuses on a vast array of Acrylic Mediums & Gels. Gain a broad understanding of each product and the unique qualities each offers. I'll be sharing how they can be used to modify paints (changing the sheen, viscosity, drying time, texture, etc.), as a glue for collage, for image transfers, to create encaustic effects or just to build up translucent layers within your artwork. All of these products can be applied to a range of substrates such as paper, canvas, or wood panels.
